It's sad that things like this still happen in Nigeria in 2014. Is there no money or just lack of maintenance?

    Am not suprise, nigerian police dnt takia of d van giving 2 dem @ all. Dis 1 is very much okay,if u see some of police vans in nigeria u will feel lik crying cos d body self go don go bak 2 d company where it was made
